Hello! I just wanted to let you all know about a new website that is debuting today: Veggie Thing!
Hosted by Citysearch, Veggie Thing is a site reviewing vegan restaurants all over the country. I was lucky enough to be invited to be a “Dictator” (their word choice, not mine) and review restaurants for the site. It’s going live today and I will be adding to it each month.
What are some cool finds here in Portland that are off the beaten road? I want to make sure that no good eat gets overlooked.
And… 100 Best Vegan Baking Recipes (the official title of the new book) now has a facebook page, so be sure to add me on facebook for updates and food for thought… literally!

I’m not sure, and there are more than one per city, so you should definitely contact them if you’re interested.
