Oh, these are SO YUMMY!! I found these on Pinterest and made then yesterday. In regards to how long they can stay in the freezer..they will NEVER last 2 months — between myself and my toddler, they won’t even last two days We will have to have more self control with the next batch…which will be soon!

my brother is a vegan for health reasons. So at Christmas I made this which was a great success, everyone enjoyed it so pleased I found this one, I did do a hunt but stuck with this. Looking again party time coming up will make it again Vivien

Love the Trader Joe’s reduced fat mayo! I’ve been buying it off and on for years. Everyone in the house eats it and I get to keep one more vegan food item around. These polenta fries look amazing. Looks like it’s time to make another trip to TJ’s!
